Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns/exchanges on regularly priced items under the following conditions: Buyer must contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship item(s) back to us within 7 days of delivery (unless previously agreed upon). Buyer must provide a tracking number for returns so both parties have confirmation of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us, as well as return shipping.

We do NOT accept returns/exchanges on custom, personalized, or made to order items. Please check the listings to know if an item is eligible for a return.
